The Journey.
This program begins on November 30th, 2025 with a Zoom gathering at 10am CST (US). This will be an introduction and a time to connect and start the experience on the ‘right foot’. I will teach you simple rituals to set the tone for a day of ease and awareness. In addition, each day for 30 days you will receive by email one small mindfulness exercise to incorporate into your day. These are not just mindfulness exercises, but together create a thoughtfully curated experience to guide you towards approaching life in a more mindful manner. We travel through mindfulness with body, breath, mind and heart. You will have the opportunity to join me every Sunday on Zoom for integration, questions and connection.
The real opportunity? To do all of this in the company of like-minded community. Magic happens when we don’t feel alone in our efforts, and accountability = success.
