Who We Are…

Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Chinese Medicine has been practiced for more than 5,000 years and is a safe, gentle and powerful way to both heal the body and maintain wellness.  Using acupuncture, herbal therapy, lifestyle and nutritional recommendations, Chinese medicine focuses on healing and strengthening the whole person.  With a clear diagnosis, it is possible to both cure disease, and perhaps more importantly, prevent it.  Chinese medicine offers not only symptomatic relief, but also an explanation and treatment strategies for what has caused a disease to develop. Traditional Chinese Medicine is timeless and provides us with a wealth of ideas and practical techniques to foster and maintain physical and mental health.

Yoga.

Yoga is.....

 A way of life.

Yoga offers practices to help us find our way toward freedom, health and contentment in life.  There are many different paths of yoga, and it is important to find the right one for you in any given moment.  Yoga becomes an approach to all of life, on and off the mat, and your practice becomes a powerful teacher. Our foundational traditions are Hatha Yoga and Bhakti Yoga and we collaborate with instructors from all over the world to create learning experiences that keep curiosity alive and inspire you toward the Yoga of Life.

Retreats.

…are not only be an opportunity to practice yoga and have fun, but to explore the ‘yoga of life’ by bringing the practice together with fun, adventurous and engaging activities to awaken and tantalize every aspect of your being. Transformation and evolution are happening constantly in our lives, but in our normal environment they are limited by old habits and perspectives.

Spread your wings, take flight and join us for an opportunity to go beyond what seems possible in this moment.

Transform. Open perspectives. Explore. Expand.

Essential Oils.

Essential oils are plant extracts and nature’s most pristine medicine. They are made by steaming or pressing various parts of a plant (flowers, bark, leaves, resin, fruit) to capture the compounds that produce a plant’s aromatic qualities, the essence of what makes the plant unique.  These highly potent and pure oils can be used as direct therapy and are often used as adjunctive therapy.  They can empower your self-care practices, giving you straight forward and powerful interventions for many everyday health challenges.  Begin your journey with Essential Oils by scheduling a consultation!
