We do this program a few times a year as a community. We believe in the power of connection and having access to those who know the experience and can guide you through is an important part of the cleanse. Being able to share your experience, ask questions and learn from others is another important part. Why do something alone, when you can do it in good company?

Education.
I will offer weekly check-ins on Zoom for accountability and also to answer questions. In addition I will give presentations on related topics from the holistic healing point of view. These are moments to learn more about your health, more about the supplements and to help you stay on track! They will always be recorded, so if you can’t make the call, you can watch or listen on your own timing.

Nourishment.
You will be provided with shopping ideas, recipe ideas and nutrition information to help you get the most out of the cleanse. While we do recommend a plant based diet for the 30 days, there are mindful ways to choose what you are eating without making huge disruptions in your day to day life. We will make sure you understand how food choices affect your health, help you to identify and eliminate inflammatory foods and also support you as you make possible changes to your lifestyle.

The Program.
Phase 1: Activate (Days 1-10)
The first phase is to activate all of the detox pathways of our excretory organs so that they can handle the removal of toxic debris. The focus is on clearing toxic influences in the system and clearing the major organs of detoxification (Liver, Kidneys, Lungs)
Phase 2: Eliminate (Days 11-20)
The elimination phase is targeted at eradicating harmful colonies of candida and parasites. During this phase the body will be dealing with the ‘die off’ phase of these unfriendly guests and it is not uncommon to feel mild ‘detox’ symptoms in this phase.
Phase 3: Restore (Days 21-30)
The final phase will restore the body’s microbiome and support healthy cellular metabolism and function.
