Walking the Walk
Are you feeling like the world is hard to navigate? Are you feeling like there is a lot of good information out there but you are not sure how to put it into practice? Are you feeling like the stressors of life have more power than your presence? Join me for this special program where together, we will cultivate a mindset of presence and acquire new tools for putting mindfulness into practice. Unlike anecdotal exercises you can find everywhere, this course is curated to guide you through the process of embodying mindfulness using the teachings and techniques of the ancient wisdoms from which the modern ideas of mindfulness come. Each day you will be provided with a practice, exercise or reflection to help you move into presence and live a life of mindfulness. Join me for this special journey of exploration, discovery and growth.
Mindfulness (noun):
Mindfulness Practices:
A mental state where your focus and attention is completely on the present moment.
The ability to acknowledge, accept and express feelings, thoughts, and physical sensations with awareness and ease.
A present and fluid state of mind in which you are able to respond to life and circumstances rather than react.
An aware state of gratitude in which you see and interact with things exactly as they are rather than how you wanted, hoped or expected them to be.

Gathering information and ideas is one step but putting them into action and practice is what creates change and transformation.
For an entire month, we are going to explore the practice of Mindfulness together. Each day, for 30 days, you will receive a practice, exercise, journal prompt or consideration to help you cultivate a mindset of presence and awareness. I will draw from the traditions of yoga, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, holistic living and Tibet Buddhist mindfulness practices to guide you through a month of discovery and insights. You should consider dedicating 10-15 minutes a day for the program, and it is always up to you how deep you want o jump in.

What it looks like.
Each day for a month, you will receive an email with an exercise, practice or consideration to carry into your day. Think of it as having a balm for your mind, heart, and presence each day for 30 days. This is an opportunity to have a ‘personal trainer’ for feeling more present and responsive to your life, which leads to deeper states of ease and contentment. More so, you will accumulate simple tools and practices that will continue to support you well beyond these 30 days.
The first day of Mindfulness is a Zoom gathering to explore the topic of Mindfulness and the Power of Practice. For the rest of the month there will be weekly check-in Zooms where you can connect and ask questions.
